Congratulations to Mt Albert Ramblers Premier Women’s Team – winning the Women’s Club Championships that were held in Nelson.

The Ramblers picked up championship victories in all three grades over the weekend, claiming the Prem Mens, Prem Womens and Prem Reserve Mens titles.

Club Nationals
Club Nationals start this week for both Men and Women.
In the Womens competition it sees 4 Auckland teams head down to Nelson with the Waitakere Bears being seeded 1st for the tournament. Last years finalist Otahuhu, Howick and recently crowned AFC champs Ramblers looking to claim the title over them.
In Auckland at Meadowlands Reserve sees all 6 mens team competing against 15 other teams from around NZ. AFC champs Ramblers have been seeded 1st along with them in the top 8 our United and Bears. So pop along to Meadowlands Reserve to have a look at the action, play begins Tuesday and runs through till Saturday.

ISF Men’s World Softball Championships 2013 is 1 year away.
Softball in New Zealand has an exciting 12 months on the horizon with New Zealand hosting the ISF Men’s World Softball Championships (WSC 2013) from 1-10 March, 2013 in Auckland.
