#21 Pueblo Bandits Upset #3 Broken Bow, Capture Title at Dinsdale/Quick Memorial Tournament
Thursday, July 14th, 2005From Al’s Fastball: Grand Island NE, Dinsdale/Quick Memorial Tournament Sunday Results
The Pueblo Bandits came into Grand Island Nebraska and won the Dinsdale/Quick Memorial Tournament by beating 2 of the top 10 teams in the world. In the first game of the championship round for Pueblo they defeated Kegel Black Knights and then took out the Defending World Champion Broken Bow Spirit in the second game. Jeremy Manley won both games Sunday and had the game winning double to put up the winning run against Broken Bow. If the tournament gave out an MVP Jeremy would have won it hands down. Congratulations to Pueblo for winning the tournament.
