ASA 45+ Rained Out – Planggers Named Champion

Monday, September 11th, 2006

Thanks to David Blackburn on this information on the ASAS 45+:

The 45 over was terminated due to excessive rain on Sunday, with 6 teams still alive. Apparently, Planggers Furniture was named as Champions due to their better run differential than the other teams still in the winners bracket. I think that Harold’s Supermarket was also in the Winners Bracket with Planggers on Sunday. Carey Weiler’s United Softball Academy team from Stockton was in the Losers Bracket, and Savala Painters of Boulder CO were still in the Losers Bracket.
