Player ID: A picture ID must be checked prior to first game.
Rules: As per 2010 ASA Official Rules of Softball and Texas ASA supplement.
Inclement Weather: Measures will be taken to ensure the completion of the tournament. In the event that the tournament can not be completed, the ASA Rule Book may determine the order of finish. The tournament director reserves the right to switch teams to a different field for scheduling reasons or for other circumstances that may arise.
A suspended game will be resumed from the point of the suspension.
Illegal Equipment: Any piece of equipment determined to be illegal will be pulled and tagged. The equipment may then be picked up at the end of the tournament or when the team has been eliminated.
Balls: Furnished by the Tournament Sponsor.
Uniforms: As per 2010 ASA Code.
Time Limit: 1 Hour 30 minute for all games except Championship and “If†Game.
Run Rule: 15 Runs after 3 Innings
12 Runs after 12 innings
7 Runs after 5 Innings

Tournament General Information Sheet
Tournament will be double elimination with all play being governed by the 2010 ASA Rule book and the Texas ASA Supplemental Rules.
The tournament host will furnish the game balls.
Teams must be ready to play day or night. Game time is forfeit time.
All teams should be ready to play at 8:00AM on Saturday, July 26, 2010
All games will be seven (7) innings or a 1 hour and 30 minute time limit; Except for the championship and “if†game, which will play a full 7 innings or run rule.
Run Rule – 15 runs after 3 innings, 12 runs after 4 innings, 7 runs after 5 innings.
Protests must be registered with the plate umpire before the next pitch. The protest committee will render a ruling before play resumes. No protest will be accepted on umpire’s judgment.
No infield practice will be allowed at anytime on the game fields.
Home team will be decided by a coin flip
Team at the top of the bracket will take the 1st base dugout; the team at the bottom of each bracket will take the 3rd base dugout.
Alcohol and pets are permitted in the complex. Coolers also allowed
