ISC World Tournament Rankings Released

June 5 ISC Rankings

Orillia Quaker Riversharks in full possession of number one spot in the world tournament rankings.

On Sunday June 3, when Orillia Quaker Riversharks faced off against the Kitchener Hallman Twins in Woodstock at the Annual Legends of Fastball Tournament, Kitchener held the number five spot and Orillia held the number one spot. At the end of the day, Orillia came out on top and retained the number one spot, and Kitchener moved up a spot to number 4 in the rankings. It was a close game.

Patsy’s and Broken Bow Gremlins held onto the number 2 and 3 spots.

A total of 28 teams from across North America were voted on by the panel of 13 rankers.

The top 10 are as follows:

2 Patsy’s
3 Broken Bow Gremlins
4 Kitchener Hallman Twins
5 The Farm
6 Aspen Interiors
7 So Cal Bombers
8 Circle Tap
9 Vancouver Grey Sox
10 MinnDak Millers

Watch for the results of a number of weekend tournaments coming up, including a number of World Tournament qualifiers. Its the results of these tournaments that give ammunition to the rankers to vote on the teams.

The rankings will form the basis for seeding teams in the annual ISC World Tournament which will be played August 10-18 at Peter Hallman Ballyard in Kitchener, Ontario.
