From Al’s Fastball: USA Congratulations and Thanks
Be sure to note the following announcement concerning the preparations for the 2008 USA Jr. Men’s team, which have already begun:
Next month the process begins again as we prepare for the next ISF junior men’s world championship in 2008 by evaluating players at the ASA boys nationals in Mankato, MN. In September, a camp will be conducted at the Olympic Training Center and in October players will be evaluated again at the Missouri boys high school fastpitch championships.
We invite any young (born in 1989 or later), male, U.S. citizen who is interested in representing the USA in international sports competition to contact any of us as we embark on improving our Number 5 world ranking.
