The Spirit pounded out 10 hits off Portland starter Nick Underhill and
Gerald Muizelaar and Frank Cox combined on a 4 hitter with 9 strikeouts to
lead Bow over Demarini, 7-1. Muizelaar started out slow as the first two
Portland runners reached base on hits, but he settled down and threw well
the rest of the way. Ryan Wolfe, Steve Schott, Jarred Martin, Omar Moraga
and Sean O’Brien had rbi’s for the Spirit.
