Benefit Game in Micksburg Sept 5

On the 2004 Labour Day weekend on Sunday September 5, the Micksburg Twins
fastball team of the Upper Ottawa Valley Men's Fastball League will be
hosting a fundraising event at the Micksburg diamond to help cover expenses
for teammate Steve Wren who is suffering from cancer.  The day will feature
two minor fastball games, an auction, entertainment and a beer garden.

The highlight of the day will be a fastball game at 6:00PM between the Twins
and the Fitzroy Harbour West Carleton Electric.

A large crowd is anticipated for the event and local Ottawa Valley fastball
fans are encouraged to attend to help support this worthy cause.
