TITLE!

    Dean Holoien tossed a no-hitter and drove in the game's only run as the 
Saskatoon Aspen Interiors Black Sox squeaked by the Vancouver Grey Sox 1-0 
Sunday to capture the Canadian Senior Men's Fast Pitch Championship in Nova 
Scotia. The Black Sox went undefeated in this tournament.

     It has been 10 years since a Saskatoon club lasted hoisted the 
Canadian Senior Men's championship trophy. Also Dean Holoien was name 
all-star pitcher, and M.V.P. for the playoffs, Keith Mackintosh also 
received all-star short-stop.

     This concludes a very successful year for the Black Sox who are in 
there 2nd year of Senior Ball. Finishing 13th at the ISC tournament, and 
winning the Canadian Title has been greet. A big thanks to all the players, 
and fans who supported us all year!
