"A" division - Norwich , Ontario

Congratulations to the Woodstock Kelseys
who swept the Norwich Razorbacks 3-0 in games,
tonite winning the title by a 6-3 score

it was a two out rally by Woodstock in the
top of the fifth inning with the key hit being
a Bases Loaded triple by Jeremy Pullin, an inning
where Kelseys scored four runs

at the conclusion of the game , Norwich
had runners on 1st and 2nd with two out and Catcher
Terry Hardwick at the plate and Terry turned on
a ball  it went about 250 ft , but it was foul
which concluded another successful season for
the Woodstock Kelseys

This is Woodstock fourth playoff title in the
past five years.

In the "B" playoff final , which started tonite
Burgessville BullDogs scored 3 runs in the
bottom of the 6th inning to defeat the Port Burwell
Lakers by a 4-2 score.

It was a two run home run by Rob Deakin
(yes, the umpire) that was the winning run

2nd game in the B series is Sunday 09/26/04
at 8:30 pm. in Port Burwell, with the weather
we have been getting lately in South Western
Ontario. you can go to the beach through the
day and watch the ball game at night
