DAVENPORT, IA -- The Quad City Sox are pleased to announce the signing of 
their newest pitcher for the 2005 season -- Harold Kelly.  Harold lives in 
St. John's, Newfoundland.  He threw for Plangger's Furniture in 2004.  He 
helped Plangger's to a 7th place finish in last year's ISC World 
Tournament.  Harold should fit-in nicely with Al Rebling on the Sox' 
pitching staff.

The Sox may have an opening for a catcher to compliment their current
