For 2005, the International Softball Congress will hold an ISC II qualifying
tournament in the eastern part of Ontario.  (Note: a minimum of eight teams
must be committed for the ISC II berth to be effective. All eight teams must
be committed before April 15, 2005) The event will take place on the
weekend of June 24-26, 2005 in Blackburn Hamlet (Ottawa)Ontario,
with games starting Friday evening and continuing through Sunday
afternoon.

This qualifier is open to all ISC II teams in Ontario and Quebec.  Teams
outside Ontario and Quebec (Northern New York)are also welcome but must 
receive permission from the ISC II. The winner of the ISC II Qualifier will 
advance to the
ISC II Tournament of Champions, August 14-19, 2005 in Chippewa Falls,
WI.  Teams will be permitted both the qualifier in Innerkip on June 17-19
and the Blackburn qualifier if they wish to do so.

The format will be double elimination - entry fee will be $325.
