Welcome to the Softball Canada awards ceremony
for the preliminary round of the Canadian Senior
Mens 2005 Fastball Championship at the Doug Tarry Complex in St. Thomas.
At this time I would like to introduce the
President of Softball Canada
Mr. Kevin Quinn.
Mr. Dale McMann is the Past President of Softball
Canada and supervisor of the Senior Mens 2005 Fastball Championships.
Mr. Bob Abbott is the Past President & Treasurer
of the Ontario Amateur Softball Association and
the assistant supervisor of the 2005 Canadian
Senior Mens Fastball Championship.
These gentlemen will present the awards to the
Softball Canada 2005 Senior Mens Fastball
Championship All-Star team. These players are
selected for their performance during the
preliminary round of the tournament.
The all-star pitcher for the tournament has 2
complete games, and a 1.25 earned run average
with 22 1/3 innings pitched. As a batter he had

Catching for the All-Star team is a player who is
the 2nd leading hitter in the tournament with
a .522 batting average, he led the tournament in
