todays action

ALBERTON MERCIED CHTOWN HOME FOR SALES 7-0; THE MONCTON KEITH'S took the 
Pictou Extreme to the EXTREME losing 6-5 in a 10-inning marathon that 
started at 12 and ended just at 245 p.m...so quite the long GAME with some 
highlight reel saves, and plays at home by Keith's ctacher to get runner 
from first out trying to go home on a double...OTHER GAME SCORES WERE 
UNAVAILABLE..

ALBERTON LEADS 2-0 AFTER TWO against Moncton Keith's in final round robin 
game. MONCTON 0-2 has been eliminated while a win secures a 3-0 record for 
first place for the Athletics. Craig Manuel slammed a two run home run to 
get the 2-0 lead. Jeff Ellsworth hit a 2-run smash against the Pictou 
Extreme 3-0 win on Fri night behind a two hitter by Mitch Hardy. Manuel 
gave up just one hit in the win over Home for Sales.
