ST. THOMAS, ONTARIO

AUGUST 4-7, 2006

The Ontario Amateur Softball Association is pleased to announce
that St.
Thomas, host of the 2005 Softball Canada Senior Men's Championships,
will
host the 2006 OASA Senior and Intermediate Men's Elimination
Tournament at
the Doug Tarry Complex in St. Thomas from August 4 to August
7 2006. The
Senior teams will play for berths to represent Ontario in the
Softball
Canada Senior Men's Championships in Prince George British Columbia.
The Intermediate Men will play for a $2000 cash prize and the
Provincial A
Championship. There will be cash prizes for the top four finishers
with
each of the those teams eligible to represent Ontario at the
Eastern
Canadian Championships.
