The Final Affiliation Meeting of the Oshawa City and District
Fastball League will be this Saturday March 4, 2006 at 10 a.m.
in the Durham College board room SW 117.The meeting room is in
the  south central building ( which faces the Durham College
diamond ). Enter through the west entrance of the building.
 
At that time all affiliation fees, insurance, bonds and other
monies owing must be paid by the teams at this meeting. Also
it is mandatory that all present and prospective teams have a
representative in attendance.
 
This will be the final opportunity for any new teams to enter
into the OCDFL. These new teams should come prepared with a presentation
and affiliation fees, etc. if accepted.
 
Present teams and/or players are asked to submit any Constitutional,
By-Law or Playing Rule changes in writing prior to the start
of the meeting.  Please print the Rule Change Form, available
on the League web site - www.ocdfl.com -  by selecting the "League
Forms" link, and use it to record any changes.  Submit your forms
to John Sharpe or Jim Spiers when you arrive at the meeting.
 
 
 
Team representatives should bring as much team information as
possible regarding your playing night, park location ( maps ),
starting time and opening date.
