OWEN SOUND, ON


Fastball


The Orillia River Sharks have confirmed they will be playing
at least two ISC Eastern Canada Travel League dates in Owen Sound
this year.


The River Sharks, who feature several Owen Sound & area players,
will face Oshweken on June 6th and then meet the Niagara Snappers
on July 4th at Duncan McLellan Park in Owen Sound.


There also exists the possibility of another Senior Men's Fastball
event in early August at Owen Sound, but details have not been
finalized.


It's anticipated the potential August event would be tied in
as pre-ISC World Tournament exhibition match.


The World Championships are set for Kitchener in mid-August.


The I.S.C. Eastern Canada Travel League organizational meeting
is Sunday at the Grand Valley Golf Course.
