Subject: Patsy's 2006 Schedule
Massapequa, NY
May 6 & 7: Patsys will open the season in beautiful St. George,
UT, the Red Rock Invitational, hosted by Roy Stout and staff.
St. George is a nice place to play and we have enjoyed previous
visits there. We look forward to it.
June 2-4: Woodstock, Ontario will provide the venue for our
next stop. The teams and crowds are outstanding there and tournament
organizer, Larry Lynch and his crew do an outstanding job of
accommodating teams.
June 29-July 2: After some time off, well be back in action
in the quaint village of Monkton, Ontario. Wow!!! What a great
job Brian Baillie has done with this tournament. Only the best
play there. As usual, the knowledgeable Canadian fans make this
a must tournament to attend.
July 7-9: Phil and Patsys attended this tournament last year
but, Doc and I will be making our first trip to Denmark, WI for
the Boys of Summer Classic. Usually, we have our Grand Island
tournament that weekend, but this year we are free to go and
enjoy the sights and sounds of Wisconsin fastpitch.
July 14-16: Next stop!! Orillia, Ontario, Casino Rama. Not much
more can be said about this one. Glad to be there! Paul Barnetson
and the City of Orillia will have another great tournament.
July 21-23: Doc and I will be making our annual trek to Allentown,
PA to clash with the titans, County Classics and the Farm Tavern
at the Bob Walsh Classic. BTW, the teams coming with us. This
is a great tournament to participate in. The PA folks have treated
us well in previous trips. Weve won a few and lost a few in
Allentown but have really enjoyed the time spent there. The closed
circuit TV coverage of the Finals is great!! See you then Tommy!!
July 28-30: Lyons, PA will be the next stop on the tour. Mike
Keatings 3rd annual tournament will be the place. Ill admit.
Im ignorant about this one. It sounds like its a good tournament,
but Doc and I have never been there. Patsys won it in 2005.
Im looking forward to going.
August 3-6: We havent decided yet, but it looks very likely
we will attend the ASA Major Nationals in South Bend, IN. Well
keep you posted.
August 11-19: The final stop in 2006. Kitchener, Ontario, where
the club will chase the ultimate goal and will try and improve
on last years 4-3 record at the crown jewel, the ISC World Tournament.
Back by popular demand, we are in the process of putting together
another web site for this years team. When we get the address
and everything put together we'll let everyone know.
