Labor Day Weekend


The Rocky Mountain Fastpitch Association in partnership
with the National Softball Association would like to
announce the inaugural NSA WoodBat World Series to be held
in St George,Utah over Labor Day Weekend. There are no
player or pitcher restrictions other than a residency
requirement of any state bordering your home state. 
Canadians may play, but on a canadian team. You must be a
citizen of your respective country. 

The entry fee will be $300 with a 3 game guarantee.

A little history on the inception of the Rocky Mountain
Fastpitch Association. This association was created late
last season in response to some of the injuries that
happened to several pitchers during the 2005 season.
We created a small travel league which has kicked off
this year with it's first two successful weekends in
Roosevelt, Utah and Laramie,Wyoming.

The partnership was created with the NSA due to the fact
that we as the RMFA did not have the time or resources to
run a top flight national tournament. This partnership has
proven to be a mutually beneficial endeavor for all people
involved.

should be up and running in the next two weeks. We will
have a list of bat manufacturers and bat types that have
already been tested in men's fastpitch play. We will also
have the entire Rocky Mountain Fastpitch Association contact
information.
