Vancouver, BC

The Vancouver Grey Sox and South Hill Sports Association are
pleased to 
officially announce the 8 teams that will compete in the 5th
Annual 
Vancouver Challenge Men's Open FP Tournament to be held July
28 - 30 at 
South Memorial Park in Vancouver.

The host Grey Sox (ISC #6) will face stiff competition from a
strong field 
of teams. This year's entrants include:

- Saskatoon, SK Aspen Interiors Black Sox (ISC # 7)
- Yucaipa, CA So Cal Bombers (ISC # 8)
- Portland, OR CR Fastpitch (ISC # 18)
- Saskatoon, SK Sr. Diamondbacks (ISC # 35)
- Prince George, BC Black Bears (ISC # 36)
- Richmond, BC Linus Software Stealers (ISC unranked)
- Squamish, BC Wizards (ISC unranked)

The Vancouver Challenge has always provided fastpitch enthusiasts
with good 
quality games, and the teams with an excellent tune up prior
to the ISC 
World Tournament, and the Softball Canada Nationals. With the
noted line up 
of teams, this year's event should live up to past experiences.

tournament champions include: 2005 - Broken Bow NY Spirit, 2004
- Victoria 
Travellers Inn, 2003 - Vancouver Grey Sox, 2002 - Victoria Fine
Line.
