Herlihy, Kevin Francis MBE. On Thursday 5th July 2006, at Waikato
Hospital. 

 Dearly loved and cherished husband of Sandra. Adored dad of
Michelle 
 and Chris. Thanks for the love, lessons and laughter. You're

 a legend! You have always been our hero. You have been an amazing

 role model and we know we have been so blessed to have been
loved 
 by you and to have loved you as our treasured husband and dad.

 Many thanks to all the staff of ICU, CCU and Ward 14, Waikato

 Hospital. You're all superstars! 

A service will be held in The 
 Cathedral of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Grey Street, Hamilton
East, 
 on Monday 10th July, at 11.00am, followed by private cremation.

 In lieu of flowers a memorial donation to The National Heart

 Foundation would be appreciated by the family and may be placed

 at the service, or mailed to PO Box 19155, Hamilton. All communications
