Learn to Play Softball at the Canadian Championships in Guelph!

LEARN TO PLAY SOFTBALL AT THE MIDGET GIRLS CANADIAN FAST PITCH
CHAMPIONSHIPS!

Softball Ontario is excited to announce a great opportunity for
children ages 4 to 8 to learn how to play Softball at the Canadian
National Championships. Along with Softball Canada and the organizing
committee of the Midget Girls Canadian Fast Pitch Championships,
Softball Ontario will be holding a Parmalat Learn to Play clinic
between the final medal games of the tournament.

The Parmalat Learn to Play Program is designed to be a young
person's introduction to the sport of Softball. The emphasis
is on FUN, ACTION, and a POSITIVE ATMOSPHERE, with a gradual
introduction to non-stressful competition. The program provides
children with maximum opportunity to practice the skills necessary
to successfully take part in the game of Softball.

Taking place on Sunday August 13, 2006 from 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM
at the Exhibition Softball Enclosure in Guelph, the Learn to
Play clinic at the Canadian Championships will be unique, as
the parents will be asked to participate along with their children.
Parents will learn each of the stations so that they can take
home the lessons learned in the clinic and continue to work on
his or her child’s softball skills.

Children who participate in the Parmalat Learn to Play clinics
at the Canadian Championships will not only improve their softball
skills, but they will also receive gifts from Softball Ontario
and Softball Canada, including a free T-Shirt.

Registration for the clinics is limited to 100 children, so sign
up today! Contact Lisa Crompton at lcrompton at softballontario.ca
or (416) 426-7150 to register. Registration forms are available
online at www.softballontario.ca
