DeMo EHS (NL) is the first finalistand remains unbeaten with
a 12-2 5 inning mercy rule win over Chicaboos.The team from Belgium
took the lead in the top of the 1st inning with aHR of the bat
of David van der Vorst followed by a single by Kerim Bettiowho
scored on an error by the left fielder Maurice Meijer.

DeMo EHS came right back in the firstinning scoring three runs.
After that the Belgium team only had one hitin the 4th but were
unable to score. DeMo EHS scored another 9 runs ona total of
6 runs. Amongst that 2 HR's by Jeffry Visser and one of thebat
of Anthony Beaumont.

The Dutch pitching was able to holdthe Belgium offense to three
hits. Erwin Visser started the game and formerCanadian national
team pitcher Glen Moreland (Richmond Hill, ON) took careof the
last two innings. Moreland's performance was very strong. 5k's
in2 innings, no walks and only one hit.

Tomorrow Chicaboos (BEL) will playOdense Giants (DEN) for the
second spot in the final. Grand Final is 6pmlocal time
