WEATHER DELAYS ACTION UNTIL 2 P.M. AT JUNIOR MEN'S

SUMMERSIDE - Action is delayed until 2 p.m. at the 2007 Causeway
Bay Junior Men's fast pitch championship as a result of continuous
rain and an almost three-hour power outage.
The host committee in conunction with Softball Canada made the
decision Thursday morning.
Thursday's schedule will remain the same, however, games set
for 12 p.m. now become 2 p.m., 2 become 4, 4 become 6 and so
on.
The last games of the night between QUEBEC AND PEI postponed
from Wednesday night now will be played at midnight Thursday
while the Sask. and Kelly's Pub Canadian's game in progress in
the bottom of the third will be continued at midnight as well.
The schedule change means a busy day for some teams on the final
round robin day as P.E.I., NL, N.B., Simcoe (Ont 3) and the Junior
Diamondbacks will be forced to play three times Thursday.
