I wish to express my sadness at the passing of Merle Butler...A
GENTLEMEN and FRIEND to all who knew HIM.-
Merle's patience and clarity in his role of ISF chief umpire,
greatly assisted the administration and arbitration in the development
of our sport in Argentina.-
My condolences and prayers are offered to his wife, Deby, and
family.-
