Help Softball Ontario Evaluate the SAFE STAR Program for a chance to
WIN!
TORONTO, ON – Are you a member of your local softball association’s
Board of Directors or Executive Committee?  Softball Ontario is looking
for your feedback!  In 2009 Softball Ontario launched the Softball
Association Fundamental Excellence (SAFE) STAR Rating Program, and we
are looking for your feedback on its success!

We would like to hear from all Softball Associations, whether you’re
one of the fifty-five (55) Associations who have enrolled in the SAFE
STAR Program, one of the eleven (11) Associations who have earned a
SAFE STAR Rating, or if your Association has not yet completed a SAFE
STAR Application Form – we want your feedback!

Complete the Feedback Survey by Tuesday, July 31, 2012 to win great
prizes from Softball Ontario, including a choice of resources with a
minimum value of $15.00.  The first 75 people who fill out the survey
(one per Softball Association) will win a prize!

Softball Ontario is the governing body for the sport of softball in
