Algar was voted the MVP(Pitcher) of the 2004 52nd Annual Elkland Labor
Day Tournament. Algar was dominating for Shaggy Dog, compiling a perfect
4-0 record(including a 1 hitter, and a perfect game), with 1 save, and a
