July 11, 2008 \u2013 The California LumberKings will be the top seed at the 2008 ISC II Tournament of Champions as they were ranked #1 by all 12 members of the ranking committee.<\/p>\n
With three wins in their last four matchups, defending champion South Lebanon TNT edged the New York Knights for #2 spot.<\/p>\n
The top 8 teams who will headline each of the pools in the ToC are:<\/p>\n
