All rankings are based on June 1 ISC II Rankings. <\/a><\/p>\nThe bids went down to Sundays games and the games were exciting to say the least. Fisher Group downed Chub’s 6-5 while Villard defeated Vannelli’s 8-4.<\/p>\n
In the final round of games, both games went extra innings. Villard took 10 innings to dispatch of Chub’s 6-5 on Jack Rowan’s solo home run in the top of the 10th.<\/p>\n
Vannelli’s defeated Fisher Group 7-5 in 9 innings, completing a run by Vannelli’s that saw them go 0-5 in the first weekend.<\/p>\n
Fisher Group’s Brian Looft tied the game in the bottom of the seventh, when down by 2 runs and down to their last strike, he tripled to score runners from first and second.<\/p>\n
Travis Kunz gave Vannelli’s the lead in the top of the 9th with a 3-run home run. Fisher Group threatened with one run in the bottom of the 9th but Vannelli’s held on.<\/p>\n
