[OTTAWA, ON] – The Greater Ottawa Fastball League (www.GOFL.ca) best-of-finals will have a new look in 2009, as the defending champions Stittsville, ON 56ers (#1) will match up against the Quyon, QC COMBAT Flyers (#3).<\/p>\n
This will be the first year since 2002 that Ottawa Team Easton has not played in the league finals, as they were playoff champions five consecutive years from 2003-2007 and finalists in 2008. Team Easton (#2) lost in the fifth and deciding game on Weds Sep 16 against the Flyers, in a series in which the road team won every game. <\/p>\n
