When the Blackburn Mens’ Fastball League hosts it’s annual tournament June 24-26, 2005 in Blackburn Hamlet (Ottawa), Ontario, there will be more at stake than mere bragging rights.<\/p>\n
The 2005 event will count as an Eastern Canada ISC II Qualifier provided there are a minimum of eight teams committed prior to April 15. The ISC II berth at stake will be for the 2005 ISC II Tournament of Champions in Chippewa Falls, WI.<\/p>\n
The tournament in Blackburn Hamlet is open to all ISC II-eligible teams in Eastern Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada. The tournament format will be double knockout and the entry fee is $325.<\/p>\n
