Arent the hands supposed to be SEPARATED before he lifts his front foot – per ISF rules??
Just wondering – I still dont understand that ‘new’ ISF rule.
It looks in the 4th pitcher that Sean’s front foot is in the air(start of pitch??-again I dont know)
Do the hands have to be separated at that time?
They were calling that alot at the AAU in jan 2012 and alot of pitchers seemed
confused by it, even some of the international pitchers.
I realize how stupid this may seem and believe me I thought it was stupid in Florida,
but apparantly this is the new rule.
Perhaps someone can explain the rule using these pitchers – if he is doing it correct tell
us why – if not tell us why.\
Thanks in advance
