After falling into the losers bracket at the hands of the Circle Tap Dukes in their second game of the tournament, the Toronto Gators continued their march back through the losers bracket, with an easy 9-1, five inning run rule victory over the Elmira Expos. The gators pounded out 13 hits including home runs by Thomas Enoka, Shane Boland, Wayne Laulu and Kallan Compain. Laulu was 3-for-3, with 4 RBI.
Kyle Linton picked up the win for Toronto, pitching three of the five innings, with Sean Cleary finishing up. The Gators will face the loser of tonight’s winners bracket semifinal game between the New York Gremlins and PA Power, set to begin at 8:30 PM EDT, a game which will be live streamed on the ISC Network.
