Editor’s note: Albaugh’s (and Team USA pitcher) Terry Luster has proved a difficult puzzle for Rainey to solve. They have a long history, dating back to the 2003 ISC World Tournament. In Team Rainey’s first ISC Tournament, Travis Price pitched them to a 3-1 record in pool play, the only loss coming against Terry Luster’s Houston H.I.S. Construction team. The two teams tied for the pool lead, with identical 3-1 records. (Rainey upset the #6 team in the world, Owen Sound, Canada for one of their wins.). Luster again faced Rainey in a playoff game, the first ever to decide a spot in the ISC World’s “Sweet Sixteen” Single Elimination bracket. Luster won the battle, despite a valiant battle by Rainey.
