Rosters were released for the 32 teams competing in the ISC World Tournament at Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, August 10-18, 2007 today, posted at the official ISCfastpitch.com website.

Editor’s Notes: The So Cal Bombers enter the tournament among the favorites, ranked # 4, the highest ranking of any team since the 1994 Long Beach Painters finished 5th at Prince Edward Island. The Bombers have captured several tournament titles, including Red Rock in May, and the Monkton Fastball Invitational in June, a tournament which boasted 7 of the top 10 teams in the world. Argentine pitcher Lucas Mata joined the club this year, and already owns two world championship rings, won as a member of the now defunct County Materials team from Wisconsin. Manager Kelly McGiffin’s team is a blend of players from California (6), Arizona (1), Michigan (1), New York (1), Canada (7) Mexico (1) and Argentina (1)*. * (Mata currently resides in Mexico, but hails from Argentina).
