Editor’s notes: We heartily recommend this tournament to players and fans alike. We will be returning in 2008 for our 5th consecutive year of covering the tournament online, and with on-the-air live broadcasts on Ballparkradio. The tournament’s popularity has resulted in its growth from an 8 team tournament, to a full 32 last year. Teams commit early for this one, so don’t be left out. The weather is generally summer-like, the hotel rooms, airfare and rental cars are as inexpensive as anywhere you will find, and Alex Linares is a very hospitable host.
