(Three top finishers earn berths):

1. KW Cubs, Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario
2. Port Elgin Blue Devils, Port Elgin, Ontario
3. CPI Classics, Dundas, Ontario

Though their rosters are very different for 2009, interesting to note that the (then Elmira) Cubs and Port Elgin teams played in the 2005 T of C final at Chippewa Falls, WI, in a year when all four Final Four squads hailed from the Ontario province.
