Team Rainey notched a win in its first game at the ISC World Tournament late Saturday night at Eau Claire, WI. The squad from So Cal was up 21-0 before the game was called due to mercy/forfeit. The game will be recorded as a 2-0 win.
Details were sketchy coming out of the ballpark last night, but hopefully will be available soon.
Team Rainey will have Sunday off, and play their next game at 10pm Central time on Monday night against the Hallman Twins from Kitchener, Ontario, which figures to be their toughest game of the round robin portion of the tournament, at least based on the rankings.
