[Alsfastball] Fedlock eliminated in Monkton

Runs for and against decided who moved on and who didn't, unfortunately. 
The tournament committee said a maximum 7 runs per game could be allotted 
for pool play, and since Broken Bow mercied Heflin Saturday at 6 p.m. 
(score was actually 14-0 in a 3-inning game), it eliminated Fedlock, who 
had a 1-2 record with Heflin and Broken Bow. Broken Bow finished with +6, 
Heflin +4 and Fedlock -2 in games involving the tied teams. County 
Materials, at 3-0, were 1st in their pool, followed by BB and Heflin.
