Light week ahead in fast pitch league; Tourney July 9-11

ABRAM-VILLAGE - The St. Louis Storm look to go above .500 ball for the 
first time since their first game of the year when they visit the 
Wellington Arsenault Saw Mill Jacks Tuesday night at the Evangeline school 
field in Abram-Village.

The Source for Sports Men's Intermediate Fast Pitch League game gets going 
at 6:30 p.m.

Wellington (2-7) meanwhile will look to get revenge on the Storm, who last 
Tuesday used a four run seventh in a 9-6 win.

The Jacks will need offense from Jamie Perry, Jeff Gallant, Adam Arsenault 
and Terry Caissie if they look to win with more runs, while looking for 
their defense to be solid.

On Wednesday night, the Strom travel for their second meeting of the year 
with the Summerside Moosehead Greco Twins at Queen Elizabeth Park's Very 
Important Volunteer Field. Game times are 7 and 9 p.m.

KINKORA HOSTS TOURNEY

St. Louis and Summerside (4-4) will look to gain ground on the idle Kinkora 
O'Shea's Pub and Eatery Hitmen (8-0) and Alberton Arms Pub Athletics (12-3) 
who are off preparing for the KINKORA INTERMEDIATE INVITATIONAL tournament 
set for this weekend at Duffy Field in Kinkora and VIV Field in Summerside.

It will fetaure teams from the Coca Cola Major Fastball league as well as 
New Brunswick and other P.E.I.-based intermediate teams. It is being held 
as part of the annual festival in Kinkora.
