ALBERTON - Robert Cormier's sac fly in the bottom of the eighth gave the
Moncton South East Flyers (New Brunswick Two) a 14-13 win over Hoyt Marwood
A's (New Brunswick One) in the battle of New Brunswick at the 2004
Consolidated Credit Union Canadian Midget Boys Fast Pitch Championship at
Memorial Park in Alberton.
For the Flyers, Cormier (2-4, run scored, home run, three RBI), Stephane
LeBlance (4-5, three stolen bases, two run s scored, RBI), David McKillop
(3-5, two runs scored, RBI) and Jeremy Regan (3-5 three runs scored, three
RBI, home run, double, stolen base) led Moncton.
For Hoyt's, Andrew Estey (1-3 two run scored RBI, home run), Tim Johnston
(1-4 run scored RBI , home run), Eric Smith(1-3 run scored RBI , home run),
Jake O'Neil(1-3 run scored RBI, home run)
