Jacks host Twins in fastball action
ABRAM-VILLAGE - The Wellington Arsenault Sawmill Jacks and Summerside
Moosehead Greco Twins lock up in a battle of teams coming off
long layoffs Tuesday night.

The Source for Sports Men’s Intermediate Fast Pitch league game
is set for the Evangeline school field at 6:30 p.m. It will be
the first of two nights of ball for both teams.

Wellington (6-13) will look to Gerald Gallant, Jamie Perry to
continue their hot hitting while looking to P.E.I. Midget Twin
Neil Arsenault and Lucas Arsenault to be solid on the slab.

Summerside (4-7) will look to Joe MacDougall, Neil Arnold to
shut down the bats while looking to Todd Richard, Shannon Ellis
and Scotty Bridges to supply the offense. They will also look
for a good game from Darryl Yeo to make the catches needed in
the outfield.

Wellington plays St. Louis Storm (9-10) Wednesday night at the
diamond in St. Louis while the Kinkora Hitmen (16-0) face the
Twins at 7 and 9 p.m. in a home-and-home set at Queen Elizabeth
Park’s Very Important Volunteer Field.
