The Halifax-Windsor, NS Murphy's Fish & Chips/Keith's who were an
impressive 4 and 1 in round robin play, including the key tie-breaker game
they played late last night, were eliminated today through a loss to the
Lebanon, PA Quaker Sharks, in a nail biting 7 inning game - lost 3-2. This
was game 86
Their overall 4 and 2 record is very respectible for a team paying its
first visit to the ISC World Tournament.

full stats on the game.

This was a very exciting game where both the Keiths and the Fedlock Falcons
of Washington DC were fighting for the elusive 2nd spot in their division
that would enable them to be in the Final 16 and make the playoffs.
This was the most enjoyable game I have watched to date. A reasonably good
sized crowd stayed around in very chilly temparatures to watch this one of
a kind, tie breaker game.
Jody Hennigar, a Halifax native, now living in Washington DC, started for
the Fedlock Falcons. Jody is well known the Keiths and as most know, will
be joining them on August 29 in Windsor NS for the Men's Senior Canadians.
Matt Bramwell started for the Keiths and was replaced after four full
innings by Tim Macumber.
Well done Keiths!
