Good Afternoon from Washington, DC:

FedLock fastball is officially shut down.  The team has been disbanded, 
effective immediately.

This decision was made in July of 2004.  There were many factors behind 
this decision, in fact too many factors to delve into at this time.  This 
decision is irrevocable.

Reasons that were NOT factors:
1. Sponsorship funding;
2. Quality of play by the FedLock Falcons;
3. Current & future structure of the ISC competitive format.

The FedLock sponsor would like to thank the 2004 team.  This group of 
individuals will remain as the sponsor's favorite group of ballplayers & 
personalities who ever competed under the FedLock name.

The sponsor would like to extend deepest appreciation & thanks to Solange 
Sandy Groves and Peter Groves for their support, tolerance, loyalty, 
understanding, enthusiasm, and, above all, patience during the past 13 years.

In addition, affection & deep appreciation to:
