Hitmen in deep hole at 1-3

ST. CROIX, N.S. - The Kinkora O'Shea's Pub and Eatery Hitmen find 
themselves in a deep hole at 1-3 heading into the final two round robin 
days at the Canadian Senior Men's Fast Pitch championship here.

The Hitmen lost their in what would be their only game Tuesday, a 7-0 
defeat to the Vancouver Grey Sox of British Columbia. It was pushed back by 
about two hours and their second game against the host Murphy's Fish and 
Chips Keith's had to be postponed due to heavy rainfall.

That game will be made up Thursday at 4:30 p.m., now meaning the Hitmen 
will play twice Thursday. They are scheduled to play at 1 p.m. against the 
Saskatoon Black Sox.

Top hitter for Kinkora was Wayne Stewart (1-2).

Grey Sox's Nick Underhill picked up the win while Craig Manuel sufferred 
the loss.

Kinkora looks to pick up their second win of the tournament when they face 
the Pat Slaunwhite-led Brookfield Elks at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday night.
