Here is the final wrap up for the 2004 fastpitch season in Rockford, 
IL.    The Blackhawk Athletic Club sponsored two teams, again, for this 
summer.   The Pride play at the senior level and the second team (made up 
primarily of Rock Valley College students) played at the intermediate 
season.

The Pride concluded their season with a 36-15 record with highlights as 
follows:

Tied for 7th ASA Major National; South Bend, IL.
Chad Maxon and Tim Hatten named first team All-Americans
Tim Hatten wins the batting championship and breaks record for top average 
in the tournament at .633

9-3 in the Northern Illinois Fastball League

11-1 in the Rockford Developmental League

11-8 vs. teams ranked in the ISC rankings at the time the Pride played them.

ISC (ranked teams) quality wins included:

6-1 vs. rival Dolan and Murphy; Aurora, IL.
Albaugh, Iowa
Planggars; Benton Harbor, Mi
Brandts; Springfield, IL.
Winterset, Iowa
El Torro, WI
