Decatur, IL


The 2005 Decatur ShootOut will be held June 17th - 19th, 2005 at the Borg 
Warner Sports Complex in Decatur, IL. This will again be a 12 team men's 
major tournament with pool play advancing the top 4 teams to championship 
play and the second 4 teams into consolation play. Entry fee remains $500 
with 3 game guarantee with 8 teams getting at least 4 games. $5,000 in cash 
payouts to top 5 teams with travel funds for rest of field, with the 
possibility of increased payouts depending on additional sponsorship $.
Many teams will be returning to the tournament but we anticipate a few open 
spots for 2005. Interested teams, whether "new" or returning should let us 
know of their interest as early as possible to reserve a spot in the 2005 
Decatur ShootOut.  Housing/travel information and official entry 
form/information will be available by January and paid entries will be 
required by March 1st, 2005. Contacts are Doug Gray at
