Golden Horseshoe Fastball League
Southern Ontario

First round games for the Golden Horseshoe Fastball League playoff 
tournament start tonight in three different locations.

At 8 pm, Waterdown Razorbacks meet the Morriston A's in Morriston while the 
Waterdown Coyotes take on Waterdown Alexander Keith's at Waterdown Park. At 
9 pm, Mississauga Arrows will play Niagara Falls Beam Me Up Scottie's at 
Ker Park in Niagara Falls.

On Friday night at Ker Park, Niagara Falls Fury meet Niagara Falls Cool 
Hand Luke's at 7 pm and the Smoke of Millgrove will play St. Catharines Red 
Hot Chili Pepper at 9 pm.

The defending champion Hamilton Hawks are the number three seed this year 
and will play the winner of the Smoke-Chili Pepper game on Saturday at 9 am.

Top seed Waterdown Hammer will play the winner of the Fury-Luke's game at 
11 am on Saturday while second seed Niagara Snappers play the winner of 
Coyotes-Keith's at 9 am.

Game 1 Friday Sept 9 7 pm Ker Park D1
Fury at Luke's winner to play Waterdown Hammer Saturday at 11 am

Game 2 Friday Sept 9 9 pm Ker Park D1
Smoke at Chili Pepper winner to play Hamilton Hawks Saturday at 9 am

Game 3 Thursday Sept 8 9 pm Ker Park D1
Scottie's at Arrows winner to play winner of game 4 Saturday at 9 am

Game 4 Thursday Sept 8 Morriston 8 pm
Razorbacks at Morriston winner to play winner of game 3 Saturday at 9 am

Game 5 Thursday Sept 8 Waterdown 8 pm
Coyotes at Keith's winner to play Niagara Snappers Saturday at 9 am

All the weekend games will be played at Ker Park in Niagara Falls. Second 
round games start at 9 am on Saturday and continue all day with night games 
on Diamond 1 at 7 pm and 9 pm. The winner's bracket final is slated for 
Sunday at 9 am and the championship game is scheduled for 5 pm Sunday with 
the "if necessary" game to go at 7 pm.

For directions to all parks, please see the GHFL website at 
<file://www.ghfl.ca>www.ghfl.ca. There will be a beer garden and BBQ food 
available Saturday and Sunday. With an excellent weather forecast, this 
will be a great opportunity to take in some good ball games.
