Kitchener, ON

The Waterloo Classics and Phoenix Outlaws have earned the right to 
playoff  in a 3 out of 5 series for the KFL Championship .

The Classics took the lead early with 3 runs in the first inning and never 
relinquished the lead. Peter Spitzig started on the mound for the Classics, 
and Don Stebbings came on in relief in the 5th inning.

Phoenix countered with Joe Siefried as their starter with relief help from 
Mel Ross.

Game two goes tomorrow night (Sept 21st) at 8:00 pm at Budd Park. Game 
three goes Thursday Sept 22nd at 8:00pm again at Budd Park in Kitchener.
