After a thorough review of the 2005 Casino Rama World Series of fastball by 
the organizing committee, I am pleased to announce that the 9th edition of 
the Annual Casino Rama World Series of Fastball will take place in Orillia, 
Ontario, Canada on the weekend of July 13th to 16th, 2006.

The organizing committee is now hard at work planning the 2006 
tournament.  We hope to continue the "Bruce Beirman" Junior division that 
was started in 2005 and we will announce the details of that in the coming 
weeks.  There will be some changes in the over-all operation of the 
tournament and events surrounding it.

Over the next few months when we are all wishing for spring and the start 
to a new fastball season the Casino Rama World Series Organizing Committee 
will be working hard to make sure the 2006 tournament tops last years.  As 
soon as details are finalized I will get news out to Al's list so that 
everyone knows what is happening.

We are also working on locating the teams that may be interested in either 
the junior division or the senior tournament.  If your team is interested 
in participating in the 2006 Casino Rama World Series of Fastball please 
send me an email with all your contact information and your team's 
roster.  The Casino Rama World Series is an invitational tournament and we 
usually make decisions and try to get the invitations out prior to the end 
of December.  If your team is interested in one of those invitations please 
let me know as soon as possible.
